Regulations – TriO Iseo Franciacorta 2025

Introduction
TriO Iseo – Franciacorta is a triathlon race under the auspices of FITRI, featuring two distances:

  • Sprint Triathlon: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run

  • Olympic Triathlon: 1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run

By registering, each participant declares:

  • To be aware of and accept these regulations

  • To hold a valid medical certificate for competitive triathlon

  • To be in suitable physical and mental condition

  • To authorize the processing of personal data and the use of their image for documentation and promotional purposes

Participation Requirements

FITRI Members (Italy)

  • Valid FITRI membership card

  • Valid competitive medical certificate (B1) for triathlon

Non-members (Italy and abroad)

  • Mandatory purchase of a daily membership (€20 via myFitri)

  • Valid B1 competitive medical certificate for use in Italy (certificates for other sports or from abroad will not be accepted)

Foreign Registered Athletes

  • Valid ITU international triathlon license

Registration Fees

Sprint

  • €55 until June 24

  • €60 from June 25 to August 21

  • €65 from August 22 to September 10

Discounted Fees:

  • U23/S1: €25 | JU: €15 | YB: €8

Olympic

  • €70 until June 24

  • €75 from June 25 to July 24

  • €80 from July 25 to August 21

  • €85 from August 22 to September 9

Discounted Fees:

  • U23/S1: €25 | JU: €15

+ €20 daily membership fee (for non-members)

Included with Registration

  • Official race gadget

  • Race bib, chip, numbered swim cap, tattoo

  • Bike/helmet stickers

  • Final refreshment

Payment
Via ENDU.net platform.
Payment must be completed within 2 working days. After that, the next fee tier will apply.

Group Registration
For groups of 5 or more people, registration via ENDU with:

  • Flat commission fee: €5 for the entire group

  • Option to pay by bank transfer

Registration Deadlines

  • Olympic: September 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM

  • Sprint: September 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM
    (or until sold out)

Changes & Refunds

  • No refunds for non-participation

  • Registration can be transferred to another 2025 TriO Series race or to the 2026 edition by August 27, 2025 (€10 admin fee)

  • Replacements and distance changes allowed until September 9, 2025 (max. 1 athlete per team)

Transition Area
Located in central Iseo, enclosed and monitored.
Bike pickup allowed only upon presentation of race bib.

Bib Pickup
Check the Schedule section for details.
Third-party pickup is allowed with authorization.
Groups may appoint a team leader to collect bibs.

Timing
Provided by SDAM with a chip system.
The chip must be returned at the end of the race; otherwise, a €15 fee will be charged.

Master 40+ yrs

  • Sprint: Senior and Master only

  • Olympic: Junior and above

Awards

  • Top 6 overall (men and women)

  • Top 3 in each category

Prize pool:

  • Olympic: €3,000

  • Sprint: €2,000
    (According to FITRI guidelines – see FITRI documents)

Event Cancellation

  • In case of bad weather or force majeure: no refunds

  • In case of cancellation due to COVID-19 regulations: refund or voucher (if communicated at least 20 days in advance)

  • Other scenarios will follow FITRI regulations

Mandatory Equipment

  • Timing chip (for the entire race)

  • Helmet (during the bike leg)

  • Bib number (for bike and run)

  • Helmet, bike stickers, and visible tattoo

Medical Assistance
Ambulances, doctors, nurses, and radio emergency services will be present along the course.

Insurance
The event is insured through FITRI and Reale Mutua Assicurazioni. Personal insurance is recommended.

General Rules

  • FITRI technical regulations apply

  • Compliance with the Highway Code is mandatory

  • The bike leg will take place on closed roads, supervised by volunteers

Privacy & Images
By registering, participants authorize the use of their personal data and images for informational and promotional purposes, as outlined in the Privacy Policy and release form.

Jury & Complaints
The Jury is appointed by FITRI.
Complaints must be submitted according to official procedures and accompanied by a deposit fee.
